Highlander is hosting a series of free outdoor fitness classes throughout the summer. The line-up includes yoga taught our very own, Cydney Franklin. Yoga integrates postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to stretch, strengthen and condition.
A few notes:
- Remember to bring a mat
- Bring water and stay hydrated
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- All participants must sign a waiver before participating
- Extreme weather conditions will result in cancellation
