Highlander is hosting a series of free outdoor fitness classes throughout the summer. The line-up includes a Boot Camp taught by Teven Coleman of Top Flight Fitness. Boot Camp is a full-body workout with exercises that include burpees, push-ups, planks and more.
A few notes:
- Remember to bring water and stay hydrated
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- All participants must sign a waiver before participating
- Extreme weather conditions will result in cancellation
